the thousands of nutrients they contain) of raw (for the
enzymes & live energy) produce. That is simply more than we
can or will eat. Therefore, the first item on the list of foods
to eat and supplements to take are fresh raw produce from organic
growers, picked at their peak of ripeness. The only way anyone will
do that consistently is by adding these miraculous produce encapsulates.
They are very concentrated from dehydration and thus contain the antioxidants,
enzymes, significant amounts of calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium
for bone building and alkalizing the blood stream. For those requiring deeper
levels of magnesium, iron, alkalizing minerals, chlorophyll from Spirulina and
Chlorella, I recommend the Barlean's brand Greens. The Berry Greens are fabulous,
palatable, and effective.
