FOUNDATIONAL NUTRITION FOR EVERYONE

Nutrition Made Simple (NMS) is simply an incredibly foundational formula which focuses on whole food sources for nutrients. This is not the same as buying supplements which are based on food, this actually is the food. It uses our daily meals and snacks PLUS whole food concentrated supplements to provide all of the major and minor nutrients: including all of the beneficial antioxidants, minerals, enzymes, phytonutrients by the thousands, fiber, and slow releasing carbohydrates for our body’s daily function. By using whole food, the nutrient ratios are more natural, balanced, and bioavailable. By enjoying this dietary plan, you will find many improvements to your health, including:

Please don't just pick and choose the parts of the program, because by design, there are no recommendations within the BASIC NUTRITION MADE SIMPLE plan that are optional. The thesis of the concept of Nutrition Made Simple is just that...providing the foods in form and amount that when combined in one person's daily intake --all of their daily requirements are being met.

 

I have selected the highest quality supplements where needed because it is foolish to buy less than the best. In the case of the fruit & vegetables concentrates, they are the only brand with true third party, published peer reviewed proof that they are produce in its highest quality. There are other brands that say they are as good, but offer no publised proof of that. For me, I can't support a second best choice when the quality of proof supporting the Juice Plus brand is strong as it is. With regard to the Omega-3 fats from Barlean's and Nordic Naturals, I support them due to their quality in original oil sourcing, processing, and quality testing. The FemCreme progesterone is a very well formulated creme with both the purest progesterone and a high quality herbal formulation of the needed phytoestrogenic herbs. It work beautifully for most people. I believe we all deserve and should only buy the products which work well in our bodies. I have used these choices for many years now--together.  

 

Illness is very expensive and usually surprises us in its onset. I will always choose the best of the best when it comes to nutrient intake because I am very tired of taking the drugs that the doctors must prescribe when we are sick.
