My recommendations for use significantly exceed the amount Dr. John Lee M.D. and David Zava, Ph.D. have long recommended. I explain that in the web text-and it is based on very solid science which implicates that their recommendations of 20-40 mg daily are woefully insufficient. As you will be able to tell by reading the text of this web site, my searching about this subject goes beyond Dr. Lee's fabulous gift to us. I have studied the writings & research from Dr. Katharina Dalton- a British Medical Doctor, whose body of work is equally impressive. Like me, she recommended dietary changes too, specifically to help control blood sugar. The diet my web site describes as THE TARGET DIET contains more solid foundational support, and thus the addition of 100-150 mg for women and 50 mg per day for men is the better level--but the dietary changes are critical to that being enough. Like the now deceased Dr. Dalton, I have come to believe it is virtually impossible to get too much progesterone given the concentrations available to us.

NOTE that the schedule of use must be accurate for women who are still having periods. Men and menopausal women will use the cream at doses I will include in the shipment, for 26 days of each month--always twice daily. Women with cycles will use it from day 12 (from the day they start their period-even spotting) through day 26 and also TWICE DAILY. The twice daily issue is very important!!

Missing a dose for a women who is still having periods can bring on spotting or a full period earlier than it should due to the function of natural progesterone in a preparing the uterus for pregnancy. Women who do not ovulate during that month will not make any progesterone in their ovaries and will be completely dependent on their other daily source of progesterone--from their adrenal cortex. Stress however limits the amount of progesterone in the body. And the anovulatory period was in all likelihood brought on by excessive stress. Therefore women still in their "cycling years", who still have their uterus and ovaries, but who are not ovulating are at the highest risk for unprotected or unopposed estrogen and the many deadly diseases that go with that dangerous and unhealthy status.
